 Lean Enterprise (LE) Policy
Lean Enterprise (LE) is a management policy, which is widely practice by many organisation today. In inventory stockholding, this is commonly known as Just-in-time (JIT), which is a method of reducing cost of inventory without running the stock-out risk. The same way JIT policy applies to Inventory, LE policy applies to a firm’s underutilized or redundant resources. By LE policy, a firm optimizes redundant resources through outsourcing or pooling of those services that it rarely uses.
